Kevin has personally Authored & Published multiple books on the subjects of retirement savings, reverse mortgages, and senior finance. His most popular book, “The Swiss Army Knife of Retirement Cash Flow” can be found on Amazon.com. Kevin A. Guttman is a Reverse Mortgage Specialist and functions as a broker, able to offer an array of Jumbo Reverse Mortgage products via “preferred relationships rankings” with reputable lenders including Finance of America, Longbridge Financial and Reverse Mortgage Funding. 

Kevin believes in doing business (and living life) by the Golden Rule and assists his clients as though they were his own family. He has lived in Colorado since 1996 and is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary, and a volunteer instructor with Junior Achievement. Kevin has been an ordained minister since 1991 and is actively involved in his community. His clients and colleagues affirm that he is honest, trustworthy, and a provider of a superior customer experience for all parties involved.

Kevin and his wife Sabrena have been married since 1988, they have five adult children and several grandchildren.
